Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped the next day via USPS® or UPS®, excluding Sundays and Holidays. In the event of inclement weather impacting the Northeast, please allow an additional 1-3 business days to ship your order. Also, note that shipping delays may occur due to inclement weather or handling of the shipping carriers.

Because order volume is higher during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday and any other promotional sale event, please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order, excluding weekends & Holidays.

While most orders deliver on-time, others can take weeks and for international orders even up to 30+ days. Once a package is confirmed, accepted or in transit with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for guaranteed on-time delivery.
